Architectural design of an 8,500 SF nature center with interpretive museum, banquet facilities, offices and outdoor multi-purpose assembly gardens and terrace. The project was sited on a knoll overlooking Long Beach Harbor and Catalina Island. It was dedicated to Councilman Dean Dana for his work on behalf of the City of Los Angeles.
