Complex Scottsdale, AZ Concept programming and master planning of a 55-acre multifaceted, tourist-oriented motion picture facility. The project included three basic elements: a motion picture studio with five sound stages and complete backup facilities, an industrial warehouse park of 175,000 SF, and a commercial/retail/office village of 400,000 SF with a school of theater arts. The village is designed as a movie-shooting facility. |
