Cypress Ridge Golf & Tennis Resort Community Village, Arroyo Grande, CA

Master plan and design a 390-acre residential resort community around an 18-hole golf course designed by Peter Jacobson. The project included a community village, amphitheater, golf club facility, retail and office building with post office, anadministration building, a meeting hall and plaza for special events and dining for 300 people, a spa, health club and tennis facility, a 140-room inn and 51 housing units.
