This housing development is part of the master plan and design of a 390-acre residential resort community centered around an 18-hole golf course designed by Peter Jacobson. We designed 51 lakeside homes within the resort which feature ocean views of the Pismo Beach sanddunes. The two-story, two and three bedroom homes range between 1,950 and 3,200 SF. The resort consists of a community village, amphitheater, golf club facility, retail and office building with post office, an administration building, a meeting hall and plaza for special events with dining for 300 people, a spa, health club and tennis facility, and a 140-room inn.
