| Greenfield Residence,
Laguna, CA This is the first residence designed by Ewing Architects in 1972. The lot had featured spectacular 180• views, a 15” height limit and a down slope to the ocean. The solution was to sink the first floor one half level into the slope, allowing for two levels at 10’ each. The post & beam structure is wood clad from the approach and 100% glazing on the ocean side. |
